We create real-time and up-to-date profiles based on developers’ public and private data on GitHub, GitLab, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and other well-known sites to show who they really are. And thanks to this, their CodersRank profiles will be all they need to show off their credentials.

Our story began in 2017, at Innonic Startup Studio. Since then, we have achieved the following notable milestones:

We're seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Growth Marketer to lead growth marketing and conversion rate optimization for our startup. In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and have the chance to try new things on many different channels. In this role, optimization instincts, product savviness, and analytical mindset are keys to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.


  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support CodersRank’s revenue goals.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

    We know these are a wide range of tasks, but this is exactly GROWTH HACKING. We constantly bring traditional and creative ideas on how to grow KPIs. You have to be able to manage them until the end.
  • Manage all existing social media platforms (including Slack, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube) and drive content creation. Plus, help us discover and introduce new, country-specific channels.


  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of digital marketing.

  • Outstanding written, oral, and organizational abilities.

  • Fluency in English. Speaking and writing in English at an advanced level is important, as all of our customers are English speakers.

  • Proficiency in online marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (or experience working with developers) is not compulsory, but good to have.
  • Young, dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive personality with eagerness to always learn new things and continuously look for areas of improvement.

  1. As soon as you apply, we’ll send you a test exercise. You’ll have 1 week to send it back to us. In the meantime, you can ask us about the test.
  2. If you succeed on the test, we’ll invite you to a personal meeting so you can meet the team. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to ask us questions. After a successful interview, we’ll give you an offer.
  3. If you accept our offer, we’ll organize all the necessary administrative tasks. You can jump right into our onboarding process, which will bring you up to speed.
