Our Story

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist

You can be part of a growing international startup. You'll get to know international customers and you'l be working with them.

As Customer Service Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:

1. Answer product related questions
2. Solving of product related problems
3. Paying undivided attention to our valuable customers
4. Taking care of billing related questions subscribing unsubscribing users
5. Handling refunds
6. Upgrading users
7. Taking care of account related questions like changing an email etc
8. Using a CRM system
9. Keeping a certain minimum first reply time

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bring a positive attitude. Our team is full of friendly, dedicated, curious people. We’re looking for someone similar!
  • Has a young, dynamic, enthusiastic personality, and is always willing to learn new things.
  • Is proactive and continuously looks for areas that can be improved.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently. This is important, as 60% of our customers are native English speakers.
  • Is able to work at least work 20 hours per week. This is a part-time position, so students who can work 20 hours per week are welcome to apply.

Our screening process:

We’re proud of our Team, and we’d like to make sure that new colleagues are a good fit for the position and for our company culture. Here’s how our screening process works:

  1. As soon as you apply, we'll call you.
  2. After it, we’ll send you a test exercise. You’ll have 3 days to send it back to us. 
  3. If you succeed on the test, we’ll invite you to a personal meeting where you can meet the team. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to interview us. After a successful interview, we’ll give you an offer.
  4. If you accept our offer, we’ll organize all the necessary administrative tasks. You can jump right into our onboarding process, which will bring you up to speed.
