As Digital Marketing Advisor, you’ll be responsible for the happiness of our paying users.

Working between the sales and support teams, and reporting to the CEO.
Helping our larger clients make the most of their OptiMonk campaigns.
Analyzing customer data and conducting consultations with top customers. This is a great opportunity to better understand our clients and help them with new ideas. The main goal is not upselling, so these consultations will focus on professional support and improving efficiency.
Being involved in process planning. To do your job quickly and effectively, you’ll need to create new processes, continuously improve them, and implement automations.
Being responsible for successful customer onboarding. This is a key opportunity to build new customers' trust, so you’ll provide insights and advice as soon as they become paying customers.

We currently have 36,000+ users, but don't let that scare you off. Your main focus will be on our top paying customers. You’ll analyze their campaigns and provide strategic, design, and copywriting advice.
